what they do: Joan Jett is an American rock idol responsible for the quintessential hits "I Love Rock n' Roll", "Cherry Bomb" and her cover of "Crimson and Clover". Her got her start in The Runaways in 1976 and has gone on to have a kick ass career with her band, The Blackhearts. This epic 21 track compilation was released March 9th, 2010 and covers the span of her entire career in chronological order.

what we do: For the printed materials we wanted to develop something that had an weathered look and feel for the Greatest Hits. So we used scans of old record covers to get the texture and beat up look of the corners and edges where the records used to hit the cardboard and it would be more worn.
For the website we wanted to play off of the chronological ordering of the tracks and design a sign that had a timeline feel to it. Each track has video or audio and little stories and awesome photos to give a real history for each of the 21 tracks! Site developed by Dexter Wayne.

We have been working with Blackheart Records, Joan Jett's label, for many years now and this project is certainly one of our favorites!!
